6 Functions of the WOODMETAL WE500X

1. Gluing

The gluing unit applies hot-melt adhesive to ensure proper bonding of the edge banding tape to the panel.

2. End Cutting

Automatically cuts excess edge tape at the front and rear ends of the panel, producing a neat finish.

3. Fine Trimming

Trims excess edge banding material along the top and bottom of the panel for accurate and consistent finishing.

4. Scraping

The scraping unit removes fine trimming marks from the edge tape and improves the smoothness of the finished edge.

5. Buffing

Buffing wheels polish the processed edge, helping to produce a clean and professional final appearance.

6. Cleaning Spraying Unit

The cleaning spraying system helps remove residual glue and improves the cleanliness of the panel surface during the finishing process. This provides a cleaner final product and reduces additional manual cleaning after edge banding.
